Do I need a referral?

No — you can book directly. For ICBC claims, our front desk will guide you through the process.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Most people feel only a small pinch, then a heavy or warm sensation. Needles are sterile and single-use.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies by person and concern — often a short series, reviewed as you progress.

Is it covered by insurance?

Registered acupuncture is recognised by ICBC, and many extended-health plans include acupuncture / RMT.

Do you speak Chinese?

Yes — our team offers care in English and Chinese.

Are the herbs safe with my medication / pregnancy?

Tell us your medications, and if you are or may be pregnant, so we can advise on suitability.
