Our trained Nursing Aides provide comprehensive assistance with daily living activities, basic health monitoring, and post-operative recovery care, all within their scope of training and professional responsibility.
Scope of Services
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, turning, lifting, transferring, and positioning.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and support menu selection.
• Supervise or assist with daily exercise routines and accompany clients on walks or recreational activities.
• Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and fluid intake/output.
• Observe and document clients’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide first aid in emergency situations within the scope of training.
• Assist with wheelchair or stretcher transfers and accompany clients to appointments.
• Make beds, maintain clean and safe living areas, and assist with simple care equipment as required.
